Features

SilibasePU-3830 Silicone Surfactant is a silicon-carbon bond surfactant. It is a copolymer of polysiloxane and polyether. It is suitable for, high water content and HFO foaming system. SilibasePU-3830 is applied for premixed polyols used in refrigerators, freezers, PU foam sheet, spraying foams

etc.

l It has excellent compatibility emulsification ability with polyether polyols, outstanding surface activity and emulsification ability.

l It has strong nucleation ability and stabilizing foam ability.

l It provides an excellent flowability; the large voids under foam surface can obviously be reduced/eliminated.

l It gives very fine cell structure, high closed cell rate, good insulation and homogeneous

density distribution.

Storage and Application

This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive. Sealed storage in cool and dry place. Its shelf life is more than 12 months. It is recommended to warm it up to room temperature before using.
